My current flatmate is moving out due to a change in her employment circumstances, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over her room.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and enjoys keeping the flat clean and tidy. We have a simple cleaning rota that works well, so it would be great to find someone happy to share that.

📄 Referencing Requirements

* Minimum annual income of £28,500.
* The letting agency will require:
* Passport scan
* Employment reference
* Previous landlord reference
* Six months of bank statements
* The deposit is protected in a Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). The incoming tenant will pay the deposit directly to the outgoing tenant, and the letting agency will arrange for the deposit to be transferred into your name within the scheme.
