We are looking for one person to replace our current flatmate Jamie in our 3 Bed flat in Clapham Common.
The room available is a double bedroom with space to fit a desk if WFH is required. The bedroom is quiet facing the outside terrace, and you’d be sharing the bathroom with 1x flatmate.
You will be joining myself and Kasim in the house share. We are looking for a friendly, sociable and clean housemate to join the flat.
Bills work out as approximately (per person):
-Council tax £60
-Gas/electric £40
-Water £20
-Internet +tv £15
-Cleaner £20 (once every 2 weeks)
The flat is perfectly situated between both Clapham Common and Clapham North Station on the northern line (5min walk) as well as Clapham high street overground station.
About myself:
Dillon (27) work as a Quantity Surveyor, working in the office the majority of the time. Enjoys going to the pub on the weekends, as well as watching sport. I enjoy golf, running, cycling and F1.
Kasim (26) works in finance and is predominantly working from the office the vast majority of the time. Enjoys going to the pub with friends and watching sports.
The tenant will need to be referenced by our landlord.
