Beautiful cosy family house near Clapham common. Two stunning adjoining rooms available. One room is a spacious bedroom, the other is an adjoining private sitting room with two sofas. There is also a shared bathroom and kitchen and an additional private toilet for the tenant's use only.
At the moment there is myself, my son ( half the week) and one other female flatmate.
The house is close to Clapham Old Town, Clapham Common, Clapham Picture House and an eight minute walk to walk to either Clapham Common or Clapham North tube. There is also the London Overground just 7 mins away. There are many busses nearby and a great public swimming pool and gym at the end of the street.
There are many different supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
About us: I am a 55 year old male Producer and Director in TV having been with the BBC for 30 years. My son is 15, friendly and very used to having tenants around.
We are looking for a quiet, independent professional tenant to join the family atmosphere. Sorry no couples.
