I’m sadly moving out due to personal circumstances and to be a bit closer to work and am looking for someone to take my spot in our friendly, relaxed flatshare in a spacious and bright 3-bedroom flat directly overlooking Clapham Common. I’ve genuinely loved living here for the past 2 years and am sad to be leaving - it’s a great flat in the best location

• Right on Clapham Common and directly opposite one of the best pubs in the area – The Windmill (perfect for a mid-week pint)
• 8- minute walk to Clapham Common & Clapham South stations
• Close to Clapham High Street, with restaurants, bars, gyms and pubs all within a 10-minute walk
• Bus stops right outside with direct routes to Stockwell, Tooting & central London (including night buses)

• Massive, bright living room
• Large, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, full-size fridge/freezer and dishwasher
• One full bathroom (bath/shower combo) shared with the 2 other flatmates plus an additional separate toilet
• Separate dining area and small balcony with views of the Common
• Secure building with both gate and electronic door access
• Managed by a responsive and reliable letting agent

• Deposit of £1250 to be held in a protected deposit scheme
• New tenant will need to pass standard referencing checks through the agent

Both are easygoing, super friendly and enjoy a relaxed but respectful home. They like keeping fit and active doing loops around the common, playing netball and doing Pilates.

Someone in a similar age range (mid 20s–early 30s) who is clean, considerate and relaxed, and looking for a home, not a party house.
We’re hoping to book viewings ASAP and are looking to fill the room by 1st March (with the possibility of an earlier move-in).
