Hello, up for rent is a large room with lots of storage and closet space (Walk in closet!)
My current flat mate and I buddied up through spare room without knowing each other and it has been amazing living with him, but sadly he is leaving and our tenancy is done in April 2024. I am looking for someone to sign a new tenancy agreement start of April 2024 (2 years with option to leave after 1). I am hoping I have as much luck as I had with him cause we got on great. I understand finding a flat in London is horrible so here's to hoping we can be a good match.
About the flat/room:
Large open concept flat with balcony, furnished, 1 washroom with large shower and a second bathroom, lots of space and storage. The room has a king size bed with loads of closet space and a walk in closet. Has space for a desk and still very roomy! The flat has a Dish washer/washing machine/in floor heating. The flat is a 10-15 walk to Clapham Common Station and a 15-20 min walk to Brixton Station. Close to High Street without any of the noise!
About me:
I am a 33 year old Gay man originally from Canada but been in UK for 6+ years. Am a social person who loves a night out but likes the flat to not be a party house. I'm a professional who does not WFH so am out during the weekdays. Go to gym regularly and like spending the weekends with friends. Love an early night during the weekdays and enjoy my trash TV so if you like real housewives we will get on perfectly!
Looking for:
Someone professional, clean and respectful who is social and friendly and likes a quiet and tidy flat. Someone who enjoys getting a drink or going on a night out, but also respect space and does their own thing. I don't wanna have a big party flat so am hoping my new flatmate thinks the same. I am very easy going and am hoping you are too! Would prefer someone who is also gay but this is no deal breaker.
