I am moving to Sweden and looking for someone to take over the current lease. The room is a great size, very light and has its own private balcony. It also essentially has an ensuite (main bathroom right next door) as my flatmate has an ensuite bedroom.
The room is unfurnished however I am happy to sell most of the furniture in the room if that makes things easier
The available date of the 20th of April is flexible.

I'm 35, original northerner but have lived in London since university. Busy job (surgical doctor) working during the day and some evenings/weekends so looking for a chilled flatmate that I can enjoy living with in a clean/calm space that is happy to go for local food/drink and hang out in the evenings whilst also respecting each other's space.
I'm a non-smoker, clean/tidy and enjoy sports (hiking, mountain biking), travel and socialising.
I also don't work from home so you'll have the whole flat to yourself most days.
