One of us is moving out and so we have a great double room available in our large split-level flat just off Abbeville Road.

The room

The flat

The flat itself is a large, split level flat, with three bedrooms split across the upper two floors. Downstairs there is a large front room with a bay window looking out onto the street. The front room is complete with everything you need (32” TV, corner sofa, coffee table etc.). The flat also has a large separate kitchen complete with all your standard white goods, microwave, toaster, kettle etc., and a good selection of crockery. The bathroom is on the middle level of the flat and has a full three piece suite. There’s also a downstairs toilet.

The listed rent includes all bills (water, gas and electric, Wi-Fi & TV, Council Tax).

The area

The flat is located on a quiet leafy street near to Abbeville Village, which has a great little high street with a Co-op, a Sainsbury’s Local, and a nice selection of pubs, bars and restaurants. The flat is about a 10-minute walk from both Clapham Common and Clapham South tube stations (Northern Line), and there are plenty of bus stops around, so the area is very well connected.

The room should be available from 25th July. You may have to cover some estate agent fees to update the tenancy agreement.

We're both very easy going and looking for someone who wants to be more than just house mates, up for socialising and trips to the local.
