Double Room in Clapham Common

Double room available in a lovely 3 storey house just off Abbeville Road. It's in a fab location, spacious and great value rent.

You’ll be living with 3 great housemates, Molly 27, Emma 26 and Joe 30. We are a social bunch who enjoy spending time with each other, but also all have our own friend groups. Overtime our groups have all merged and hang out sometimes, and we would love to have someone similar.

We enjoy keeping fit, training or gym classes, watching sports (big on ruggas), chilling watching some trash tv as well as a bit of reality trash or David Attenborough. Equally we also love a drink or 5, a night out together, gigs and festivals.

We keep busy with work during the week and like to keep the house vibes calm.

The bedroom up for grabs is a double room on the top floor. It has a built in wardrobe and separate cupboard, and comes with a double bed, a chest of draws and a vanity/desk. The house is spread over 4 floors with a large living room-dining room, spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a garden. We're also a 10-15 min walk from either Clapham Common or Clapham South tube stations and bus stops are just round the corner.

Rent is £910/month with all bills included.

Looking for someone tidy, sociable, and a good laugh. Move in date would be end of Jan.
