I am looking to let my purpose built, recently redecorated, well sized double bedroom, about a 7 minute walk from Clapham South tube.

The bedroom has recently been given a full once over, being completely repainted and finished. The room comes with a divan double bed, built in wardrobe plus overhead storage. If wanted, the room also comes with a chest of drawers and bed-side table👌 The flat is situated within The Poynders Court block which is a private estate, offering a safe environment of which to call home.

Alongside the room, the flat also has a recently redecorated bathroom; coming with a lovely washing area and strong shower space. The flat also has a recently redecorated kitchen; with the kitchen coming with a well sized fridge, great cooker/oven, washing machine plus microwave 👍🏼

The whole flat also comes with business grade broadband included, plus TV license.. Other bills; electric, water, and gas come to between £50 and £75 P/M (typically). Over the Summer months they should be circa £50 P/M.

I am letting this room alongside the other recently redecorated bedroom, and I will be looking for people whom want a comfortable, safe and tidy space to call home. My previous tenant has recently moved back to Sierra Leone and hence I am on the search for somebody new.

I had previously founded and run my own construction focussed head-hunting business over 8 years before pivoting into a full time MSc last year, now working for a building consultancy in the City/Wokingham 👍🏼

Work wise I typically work from the office 4 days per week, leaving unfortunately pretty early most mornings haha
