Professional double let, 7 min to Clapham South

Dear All,

I am looking to let a well sized, purpose built double bedroom, near Clapham South train station.

The bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe, above head storage, comfortable double mattress plus bed. It also has a really nice large lamp plus chest of drawers. As can be seen, the room has pretty recently been redecorated, new paint, new skirting etc. There is a e bd in the room now

Alongside the room, there is a well sized front room with tv, sofa and desk, as can be seen. I am finishing a full time masters this year so from time to time I do work in here but I try to work outside of the flat where possible. I was up until this year running my own business too and so! the flat benefits from business grade broadband!

The kitchen, as can be seen, is well put together, it has a great (I like it!) gas cooker, washing machine, microwave and good storage.

THE BATHROOM has also recently been redecorated by my Dad, whom is a builder/plumber, and so this is obviously a nice plus. As can be seen,

You would be sharing the flat with me, and just me.

A little about me, I’m neat and today for the most part! This aside haha, I’ve been a contract head hunter for 8 years prior to this year, with me this year doing starting the masters at Reading which finishes in September. Without going on too much more, aside of working, I love my family, friends and I love sport. TBH I am interested in most positive things 👍🏼

Ok so, location wise the flat the flat is in a good spot - its a 7 min walk to Clapham South Tube 👍🏼

Flatmate wise I am probably looking for someone a little similar to myself, someone who tries there best to be neat and tidy, is pretty positive and professional for the most part. Age 32+, I am 38!

I had recently let this room but that contract has now come to an end.
