Double Room - Clapham Common (close to tube)

Hi everyone! We are looking for someone to fill a double room in our lovely 3 bed flat near Clapham Common (literally a 7-10 min walk)!

The room is a modest double bedroom that comes with a double bed and clothing rail - as seen in piccy's above.
The flat is a great size for 3 and is on the top floor of a terrace house on a nice family road. The flat itself has 2 floors, the first floor consisting of the 3 bedrooms, a shower/bathroom, and a spacious kitchen/living room which is fully fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. The second floor has a large bathroom with a bath.

We're just off of Abbeville Road which has some great spots for brunches and pints (whichever floats your boat)
It's 7-10 mins walk from Clapham common tube (Northern line) and 20 minutes walk to Brixton (Victoria Line).

You'll be sharing with 2 professionals, one is 24 working in FinTech and the other is 23 and is working in consulting!
We both love being out and about, whether that be enjoying yummy food and coffees or hitting a bar or 2 and having a good boogie. We're both into our sport but 100% won't force it onto anyone if it's not your thing (as long as you don't mind a coffee walk around the common!). We very easy going individuals and would love to share with someone similar.

We both go into the office 4 days a week or so therefore we are looking for someone who is not fully remote.
