Immediately available newly refurbished, fully furnished with brand new bed and mattress double room (measurements 3m x 4m) available in flat share in the heart of Clapham Old Town (Wingate square). We are a quite but socialable couple (just me and my husband). We are looking for one tenant to share our flat. Will be eventually spending more time away from Clapham travelling weekends. Looking for a clean, tidy and relatively quite professional ideally working in the health care sector (but not essential) will require references, bank statements and credit checks. Council tax, broadband and water is included in rent. Bills are around £35 in summer and £55 in winter per month.
