2 room in 5 bed house in Clapham Common

Hello! Due to our current contract ending and existing tenants moving on, we have two bedrooms available.
Rooms available (in order as below photos):
Bedroom 3: £1,150 a month
Bedroom 4: £1,150 a month

Bills and council tax are approx £150 per month (subject to time of year)

The house is a large 5 bed and 2 bathroom Victorian house. We have a large living room, dining space, kitchen and even the luxury of some outside space!

We are all working professionals in management/finance roles. 2 of the girls do a mixture of home working/office and 1 girl is in the office daily. We love a night out at the weekend but are fairly chill during the week, can normally find us at the gym if we haven’t got sucked into work drinks...

We have had previous sublets who have become part of the house and we have maintained friendships with. We are looking for someone who we can be best pals with, but is respectful of others space and contributes to keeping the house lush and clean (since the cleaner got the sack, sad times).

Full referencing required as well as the below. Please note to pass referencing your annual salary must be at least £34,500 (30 times monthly rent).
