Double Room in Clapham with great housemates

Hello Spareroomers,

Sadly, my life has been tipped upside down and after moving into this wonderful home a few weeks ago, I have been made redundant and needing to move out ASAP as I am now re-locating to Dubai.

Open to sublets for min 2.5 months but likely able to be longer till October.

Suggested move in date is the 10th / 11th May but can move out sooner if needed.

Bills are around 115 in Summer Months / 130 or so in Winter Months

Your future Housemates

I am honestly gutted to say goodbye to these guys already as they have been so great to live with in the few weeks I have been there. Looking for someone who is super friendly, respectful, up for drinks and having a family dinner/ BBQ’s in the summer (pro we already have one) but also knows when to pick up a hoover and mop to help around the house. You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 others, but there is a downstairs loo / utility room down stairs.

Aoife – Irish (clearly) 27 works in Sales / Hybrid work
Elton – Aussie, 26, Works in Construction and works on site
Sarah and Jonte – A Aussie couple, Sarah a Physio so works onsite an Jonte an Accountant and works Hybrid (have their own bathroom).

The boring stuff

Built in Wardrobes, Bed, Chest of Draws. The room can fit a desk in / can fit a desk on the top floor landing also if you wish to separate, or you can have other storage on the landing such as a rail / mirror if you own a lot of clothes.

The Area
-You will be living along a very cute road which is mostly millennials/ Yuppie’s where in the Summer I am told there are BBQ’s street parties.
-Clapham Common Tube station is a 7 min walk away and there are loads of bus stops around to get you anywhere in London, the Common is right by us, so ready for your Hot girl walks and Running.
- We are a 1 min walk away from some of the best Coffee Shops, Bars / Restaurants and Unreal Sunday Roast Spots including No32, The Bobbin, Megan’s and the Pig.
If you are not a Running Gal / or if you are a Hybrid Athlete there are various Gyms, Pilates Studios etc near us including a Virgin Active 10meters away.

Referencing will need to be done, this is done by Rightmove, the new housemate will need to be on £45k plus to pass, not accepting guarantors, we are looking for females only.
