4 bed maisonette in Clapham Common

We are 2 women and 1 guy in our late twenties looking for a 4th housemate looking for a 4th housemate to move in when one of our housemates moves out. We are looking for a friendly and clean flatmate who will fit in well with our flat dynamic. We are respectful housemates and don't play music or make noise late at night. We often do our own things in the week but sometimes watch TV together in the evenings. Ideally we are looking for someone who goes into work at least some of the time as we all work from home for parts of the week. The flat is very well maintained and the landlord is very quick to respond to issues. We also have a separate bike shed to store bikes in.
