6 month tenancy with possibility to extend further

Double room in queer flat share in Clapham, available from 1st May. Women and non-binary people one please!

Bright double room with bed, drawers, and built in shelves/wardrobe. 10-15 min walk from clapham common tube station.

Rent is £707.40 per month not including bills which come to around £80-90 per month each. £150 holding deposit to secure the room and then a deposit of 5 weeks rent £816.23 to be paid (minus holding deposit) two weeks prior to move in. Benefits are accepted.

Flat is on the second floor accessed by 2 flights of 14 steps on the outside (unfortunately no lift) and one flight of 13 stairs inside. The flat is over 2 floors, with the kitchen/living room and your bedroom on the ground floor and three other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one shower/bath & toilet and one separate toilet) on the top floor.

You will be living with us, three queer creative people.

Our current tenancy ends on the 31st October but previously we have been able to extend our tenancy, so this should be a possibility if you wish to stay longer.

Must be queer friendly and respectful of trans identities and pronouns!
