Short term lets. Double bedroom in a large ensuite 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat near Clapham Common available from 18 August-14th September.

I am very flexible with let length, happy for you to rent the room for a portion of (e. g a week) or the whole period. I am also open to monday/friday let’s and can offer a reduced price for this. I’m looking for a female only.

The flat is spacious and has a lovely living room/kitchen. The bathroom next to the bedroom, which you’d have sole use of. There are plenty of extra cupboards for storage.

I am a 23 year old female who works in the City (law) so my pattern consists of work during weekdays and gym. I work pretty long hours and in the office 4 days, you would largely have the flat to yourself.

There’s also a lovely garden in the back and a gated secure car park.

The flat location is secure and also has excellent transport links - a 11 minute walk to Clapham Common station and a 6 minute bus ride to Brixton station.
