Double bedroom £1k pcm ex-bills in Clapham Common

I’m looking for someone to take a double bedroom I have spare, starting mid-July (I can be flexible on length of stay and if you’d prefer an earlier move in date).
Me: 26, work 7am-6pm and try to be in the office at least 3 days a week. I’m easy going and love a pub trip/night out, reality TV, exercise, cooking etc. I’m a big people person but also respect personal space.
What I’m looking for: late 20s, clean, friendly, outgoing, wants to explore. I panic signed up for a couple of races after a quarter life crisis, so a training buddy is a bonus!
What’s nearby: 5mins walk from Clapham Common station, 2 mins from Oncore (gym), 1 min from a big Sainsburys, 20min bus from Clapham Junction and 10min walk from Abbeville Village.
Extra: I moved in quite recently so have some decorating to do - I’m all ears for someone with an eye for interior design!
