Myself and Sanyu are looking for a third person to join our house for the last 2/3 months. We are looking to arrange viewings immediately.

The room
Comes with a bed, mattress and large wardrobe with additional storage above. The room has space for a desk and chair if you need to work from home.
You will be sharing a bathroom with myself which has a bath and shower.
It is a quiet room at the back of the house overlooking a private car park.

You’ll be living with
Myself, 25, works in politics and works from home 2/3 days a week.
Sanyu, 23, works in marketing and works from home 1 day a week.

22-28 years old
Male or female
We are looking for someone who is easy going and would want to spend time together as a house
Very clean and tidy
Respectful of each other and working hours

Move in date would be anytime between 10th-26th June
Rent: £1100
Bills: Around £150/200 each
Deposit: £1266.66
The lease ends on 25th August 2024
