I’m moving out of our lovely 3 bed Clapham Common flat to live my boyfriend (very bittersweet to be leaving), opening up space for a new tenant to move into the large double room in our home. ✨

Your potential future flatmates:
We are 28 and 29yo friends both in professional jobs working in consulting & media/PR. We both work hard (currently a mix of home and in the office) but also love going out at weekends to some of the fab local pubs, hosting BBQs for friends, or simply sharing a bottle of wine watching Netflix. We both love a good gym class, or hot girl walk together around the common. Keen for you to join in all on all this!

Who we’re looking for: 🥂
We would love to find another girl who is sociable, easy-going, house proud and happy to help out. We definitely like to keep the house on the side of over-clean so someone who likes a tight ship is a huge bonus!!

The flat: 🏡
Set back from the main roads, the house has its own entrance and ample space. It is one level, has plenty of storage and has a separate living room and open-plan kitchen/diner (Actually so rare for the price and location!) You will have a large double room including a king-sized bed, wardrobe, few other bits of furniture, and additional storage in the hallway (great for suitcases). There is also plenty space for a desk in the room for WFH. For the summer months, we have the added bonus of having a side & back garden/ patio space with bbq, which we love to use to host! We love that it feels like a home more than just a spare room house!

Location: 📍
Just off Abbeville Village, and a quick 5 mins walk to Clapham common tube makes us within striking distance of the common/ Abbeville cafes/ big Sainsburys. If you have a car, the residential street has parking outside & you can get a permit from the council for.

Rent is £1088 per month + approx £167.03 a month bills all in for council / water / electricity/ gas & wifi. The contract runs through until September 2026, with a break clause. The rent is likely to be going up by a max of 5% come September although we will find out if that is the case and what % by in the next few weeks and let you know if it is changing!
