Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 4 bedroom flat in Clapham Common. Move in date is 10th August or just before. The tenancy runs from August 2024 to August 2026, with rent at £950pcm plus bills and council tax so around £1100 total.
Under 5 minute walk to Clapham Common Tube Station, with lots of bus connections too. Around 15 minutes to London Bridge. Flat is just off the high street so lots around, like McDonalds and Sainsburys and only 10 minute walk to the closet Lidl.
You’d be living with Row, Jodie and Charlie who are 3 young professionals. They’re all super lovely and we have all been friends for a long time (I’m moving home due to personal reasons). Everyone is very sociable but also respects each others privacy and personal space.
Only able to accept working professionals and you will need to provide a guarantor. Deposit is also required!
