My flatmate, Sara, and I are looking for a new flatmate to join us. The property features a large open plan kitchen/living area and massive bathroom (shared between two, Sara has an en suite).
The property is 500m from Clapham Common and 450m from Wandsworth Road stations.
The rooms come with a bed/mattress, wardrobe and bedside tables.
We are both working professionals, looking for someone similar. We both love cooking and frequently have flat dinners where we cook together, and enjoy sharing a bottle of wine and having a night in.
Rent is £1100pcm, bills come to approx. £150pcm, and we have a cleaner come in every fortnight which costs £20 per person per visit.
I’ll be doing viewings in the evening on Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd July.
