Double room & own bathroom in (SW4)Clapham flat

***Please read*** I need to move out of my flat in August and need someone to take over the lease starting August 15th. The lease ends on October 15th so my current flatmate is looking for someone who will resign with her. We are still waiting on the landlord to decide what the new rent will be so someone who can afford current Clapham prices is needed as it could go up to 1500 each after October. Please only respond if you are happy to take over the lease and can afford it/pass references.

It’s a really big and nice flat and the room and bathroom are good size as well. The flat is literally across from the common and 1 minute walk to the tube station. It’s the best location in Clapham imo. My current flatmate is extremely nice and tidy and we have lived together in this flat for 2 years so looking for someone to meet her and make sure she is comfortable first. Bills are around ~200 extra in the Winter …. looking for professional women preferably sorry!!
