• Many local amenities within a 10 minute walk

The room will be available on 8th August 2024, rent is £900pcm and bills currently come to £120-150pcm. (Council tax band B!)

The flat is shared with 2 young professionals, Liam (me) and Lewis, and is a very relaxed, friendly environment. We are looking for another clean, sociable young professional to move in. We enjoy socialising as a flat, whether chatting in the living room, going for a pint after work or more.

Lewis and I work in central London and we sometimes work from home, sometimes go to the office. We don't mind if you're someone who is always in the office or prefers to work from home. There is a desk in the bedroom and the WiFi we have is very fast.
