Looking for a female to replace me in this lovely house share with a beaut garden. The house is a 7 bed in Old Town Clapham, near to Clapham Common tube.

Three storey house with a bathroom on each level and an open plan living and kitchen area. The house is social with a beautiful garden and patio area that’s great for spring/summer.

The housemates are a mix of guys and gals, all working professionals but love heading down to the pub for a cheeky pint (or four)!

Amazing location - 10 minutes from Clapham Common tube station, 1 minute from a bus stop and 5 minutes from the Overground. It’s also only a 15-20 minute walk to either Clapham Junction or Battersea Park.
