Furnished double room available in clapham common

Furnished double room available in a lovely ground floor flat less than 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common tube station. Shared living room, kitchen, shower room and bathroom. Bills are currently about £140 each per month (incl council, wifi, electric, water).

I'm 28, work in marketing and go into the office full-time. I've been renting the flat for 3 years and am now looking for someone to take over the second room, as my current flatmate is moving in with their partner.

Looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate who can socialize and hopefully try out some local spots, but also do our own things as well!
