Both rooms do not have desks, but there is plenty of space in the shared dining room to work from home at the dining table.
The house is fully furnished, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, shared bathroom and back garden. The house is located in a private residential cut-de-sac, which is very quiet and surrounded by lovely neighbours. There is a parking space allocated to the house, and an additional guest parking permit.
The house is opposite Clapham Common, ideal in the summer, and less than a 10-minute walk to both Clapham Common and Clapham South tube stations/shops/restaurants/bars/pubs/gyms etc. There are regular buses only 2 minutes from the house, and the Clapham overground and Clapham Junction stations are short walks/bus rides. Abbeville Road is also only a 5-minute walk away.
Bills are approximately £120-£150 per month each, which includes a cleaner for 2 hours each fortnight. Amount of security deposit to be confirmed.
Tash and Amy are moving out as they are both moving in with their partners and the current flatmate, Kim, is staying. Kim is British, 33, physiotherapist and a lovely housemate, having lived in the house for 3 years. She enjoys travel, fitness, watching trashy tv, and going out with friends.
