Double bedroom available in Clapham Common

I am saying farewell to London after an epic 11 years and leaving my beloved room behind. I currently live with my friend Chris in a cozy flat/house hybrid, just a 10-minute stroll from Clapham Common (though my short legs might make it feel longer). I work from home and have commandeered the third bedroom as my office as it is unoccupied. Chris, meanwhile, is off tutoring until the early evenings, so the flat is basically mine during the day.

Chris is a big fan of sharing meals and evening chats, and we’ve hosted countless dinners and drink nights with friends. Our garden boasts a barbecue and a pizza oven, ideal for summer feasts or snug winter gatherings (we’ve got blankets galore). We’ve even got a projector for cozy outdoor cinema nights. The kitchen is fully stocked for any culinary adventures, and the living room features a brand-new TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a sound system that could wake the neighbors (but please don’t).
The toilet is separate to the bathroom meaning it’s never too crowded in here.

We have the occasional dog staying over as we do favours for friends. Other than that pets are welcome too.

All in all, it’s been a blast living here, and I hope the next person has just as much fun!
