Studio flat with a huge garden

I am sadly moving back abroad and will let go of my beautiful flat in Clapham Common.
The studio has a huge garden and everything one needs.
The agency will do their own checks., They are very reliable. I am just interested in finding someone who will buy the furniture from me when they move in, for a very reasonable price. The agency will take into account my recommendation.

This is a studio flat, for one person or a couple, not shared with others.

Water and council tax is included in the rent.
Electricity is usually 30£ or less during the summer and 70-100£/month in the coldest winter months when you need that heater on. I used my phone data as internet, worked perfectly fine for WFH, watching films and uploading large files (I work as a photographer)

The price is 1350£ per month
