Double in a friendly, spacious house in Clapham

Welcome, Prospective Housemates!

We have a medium, bright double room available from the 3rd September -with a preference towards females to keep the balance.

**The current Housemates**

We have, Sam, Elliot, and Elly and we all get along well us so we’re ideally looking for someone who is able to gel in with us.

We're a friendly house and we like to socialise together, pubs, festivals and pub quizzes, netflix binge and a good Sunday roast.

We're quite active and enjoy keeping fit, just not to any extreme level, as the local pub is only a few hundred steps away!

**The House**

Ground floor - Two bedrooms and a bathroom, (Elliot and your room)

First Floor - Large living/dining room and separate kitchen.

Second Floor - Two bedrooms and a bathroom

We have a good size shared garden (a luxury for London) which is BBQ & Beer central in the summer.

**The Room**

The room has plenty of space for a Desk and lots of storage space. Available from the 3rd of September.

**Bills**

All bills are included in the monthly rent and cover the usual's like internet, heating, council tax etc but also household extras like cleaning products etc. We have a cleaner who comes every week to clean shared areas and bathrooms.

**Connections**

Bus stop right outside the front door that leads to Brixton, Streatham, Stockwell and Tooting. 8 minutes’ walk from Clapham South tube and 15min walk to Balham and Clapham Common.

If you are interested in the room please send us a short description of yourself along with your interests and your age. We're ideally looking for someone aged 26- 32 who works office hours ideally. Working from home is fine, but we stick to the bedrooms for this.

**Viewings**

We get a lot of interest in the room so please bear with us! Will look to get back to you as soon as possible. We're looking to start viewings on the 7th for about a week.
