- You’ll also receive a second bedroom that was previously used as an office

- Bills not included (Roughly extra £110 pm for WiFi, council tax, electricity, water and shared household products)
- 12min walk to Clapham Common tube or 20mins walk to Clapham Junction station
- Cose to lots of shops, restaurants and bars

The current tenants:
- 3 housemates living together in this flat for 3+ years
- It consists of 1couple (m+f), and one single (m)
- We are all young professionals who work full time and hybrid
- We are out socialising a lot of the time but like to keep our home environment relaxed and quiet

About the tenant:
- We would like a young professional who has a similar work/lifestyle to us
- Enjoys going out and and being social but is respectful around the house
- Must be willing to sign a lease of 6months
