Double room to rent in a fun and friendly house in Clapham Common!
The house is right by the common, and 5 mins walk to Clapham Common tube, plus loads of bus routes. Super quick for commuting / getting about at the weekends. Close walk to the high street, old town, cafes, restaurants, pubs, common and gyms!
I am leaving in early October so looking for someone to take over the contract - can be slightly flexible on move in dates from end of Sept to mid Oct if needed.
The contract is 2 years, with a 2 month break clause at any time - no rent increase will be made within the 2 years! 🕺
The room is on the ground floor, with loads of natural light. Double bed with large wardrobe - also spacious enough for a desk to work from home if needed.
The house has a large kitchen and living space, and a shared bathroom with a bath.
The current flatmates are fab, and so i'm sad to be leaving. It's a social house so we're looking for someone like minded to fill the room.
Current flatmates are all between 27-31 - 1 girl, and 2 guys. So we're looking for another girl to balance it out!
There is also a large garden that gets the sun all day - perfect for BBQ's and socialising!
