My flatmate is moving abroad for work so I’m looking for a new flatmate to share this beautiful, spacious flat.
The flat is peaceful and the area is vibrant and really well connected. It’s split level, I am on the first floor with my own bathroom. The available room is in the top floor with its own bathroom. So you have space and privacy. The room will contain the double bed and wardrobe/ chest of draws furniture. The desk can be removed as requested. The kitchen is fully equipped but there is space for your things as needed. The living room is really spacious with a table for dining. There is also some common storage space.
Bills are about £200 pcm and the deposit is 5 weeks rent. We have a big dishwasher and a drier. I’m looking to share with another professional who is not full time remote working. Check out the pictures and get in touch. Grace (current flatmate)
