Flat share in Clapham

I’m looking to replace myself in my 3-bed flat as I am moving in with my girlfriend. The flat is only a 12 minute walk to Clapham Common tube station and there is a bus stop 1 minute away that is 24/7 that can get you to the tube/flat easily. The area around the flat is very quiet and safe with many pubs and cafes close by on Abbeville Road whilst the Common and high street are still within easy walking distance and Brixton is around a 20 minute walk away.

I’ve lived here for the past three years with Sam (28 years old), he is a software engineer and very chilled and easy-going. Jasmin (25 years old) moved in two years ago, she works in sales and is very friendly. They’re looking for someone who has their own life and friends in London but is also up for drinks out, nights in and some activities as a flat. They both work hybridly throughout the week and enjoy the gym, travelling, reading and listening to music.

My room doesn’t have a desk and may be able to squeeze a small one into the space but if you need to work from home, there is space in the living room for you to do so. Bills are usually around £120 per month.
