Spacious double room just off Clapham high street

This is a great double room in a modern flat right in central Clapham. The room is really bright, has room for a desk and lots of storage. The flat itself has an open plan living room/ kitchen, 1 main bathroom and an additional toilet, and a balcony with a great view of London. We are a few minutes walk from the tube, the overground and loads of bus routes, plus near lots of great places for food and great bars. But as the flat is away from the road it isn’t ever too loud.

We are a girl and a guy both aged 28 working in consulting and finance. We’re friends through our housemate who is moving in with her boyfriend, so we’re hoping we can carry on having a homely atmosphere in our house with whoever replaces her. Although we both have our own friends, we often hang out all together, whether that’s at the pub, over dinner or watching the TV with some wine/ beers. Bills aren’t included, for everything (council tax, water, gas, electricity, cleaner and WiFi) it is roughly £167 each.
