3 months sublet with option to extend

Lovely double bedroom in Clapham Old Town. It’s a large 8 man house with a big communal living area/kitchen. It has 3 bath rooms and a spacious garden. It’s an under ten minute walk to the high street and tube, with access to pubs/shops and a gym in under 5.

We are looking for someone between 24-28 to take my room.

I’m temporarily moving for 3 months with my new house equally having an option to extend afterwards. Hence, I’m wanting to do the same with this room.
