Hello peeps 🙌🏻
Our current flatmate Laura is moving back to Spain and her room is becoming available!
It’s a huge double room with a front facing balcony with a bathroom shared with our flatmate Rachel.
We’re a social household and love the odd pub quiz, beers in the garden or chilling out in the living room.

Big kitchen with appliances

Big garden for summer BBQs
2 first floor bathrooms (one is shared between the boys) and the other is a guest toilet

The house is 5 minute walk from Clapham Common tube station and is in a very sought after area (Abbeville Village) super safe at night and no noise!
About us:
Rachel, 28 (Kiwi), works as a Systems Manager, loves running the odd half marathon once a week , but will never say no to a drink and a boogie.
Rob, 29 (Aussie), Finance-Bro(ish), loves every sport and is a great handy man around the house. Will also never say no to going out.
Mike, 26 (Brit), works in Civil Service loves road biking, running and skiing. Also loves a good night out and pub trip.
All three of us are friends and looking for a 4th girl to join us to maintain the balance (sorry lads) ! The house is always super clean and we all respect each others spaces.
We all have our own social groups that we also spend time with.
Move in date is flexible.
