A room is available in our 2-bed flat in Clapham as my flatmate Gina, moved out after 5 years. Besides the usual, the flat has a cozy living room, spacious garden and a friendly cat. Pls note bills are £150pm per person, so total rent is £1050pm
Amenities - There's a big Sainsbury’s, Pure Gym, and the Commons park all within 5 mins walk. The High Street has really nice restaurants, pubs, and cinema. You'll never be bored here.
Location - Clapham is one of London's desirable neighbourhoods. We’re on a quiet street off High Street, with great transport links. 5-min walk to Clapham North & Clapham Common stations (Northern Line), 3-min walk to Clapham High Street station (Overground).
I’ve lived here 3 years with Gina and our cheeky tabby, Millsey. I’m from India, in London for 6+ years now, and work in Marketing. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, yoga, travel, cricket, and Arsenal.
