Unfortunatley, our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so we have a spareroom available. Alex (24) and I (28) are looking for a third housemate to join a clean, fun and sociable flat.
The flat is conveniently located off Abbeville Road in Clapham, by the pubs, shops, and restaurants. The nearest tube is Clapham South about a 7 minute walk.
A bit about us, I work as an analyst in property and Alex works in recruitment. We usually pretty quiet during the week (alot of series/films watched) until about Thursday to Sunday where we will usually go out see friends etc. I enjoy running, tennis, football and cycling and we equally enjoy cooking and going out for food.
Rent - £840 excluding bills
Bills are usually £150-170
We also have a cleaner once a week £16 per week.
