3 bed house with 2 bathrooms and a large garden (including seating area and bbq), just a 5 min walk from Clapham Common tube station and Clapham high street which is home to lots of cafes and bars.

The current tenants are Demi, 26 year old project manager and Am 27 year old accountant (promise he’s not that boring). We’re a very social house who will often watch tv, go to the pub and cook together. We also enjoy a night out and like to host pres now and then but we’re also very respectful of each other’s space and schedules and like to keep the house clean.

We also have a house cat called Midge so animal lovers required.

Bills are an extra £125 a month. This includes Netflix for the main TV and internet.
