Clapham Common Room Available from Feb

3 bed house with 2 bathrooms and a large garden (including seating area and bbq), just a 5 min walk from Clapham Common tube station and Clapham high street which is home to lots of cafes and bars.

The room comes with a bed frame but no mattress, a side table and built in wardrobe.

The current tenants are Demi, 27 year old project manager from Wales and Sam, 25 year old lawyer. We’re a very social house who will often watch tv, go to the pub and cook together. We also enjoy a night out and like to host pres now and then but we’re also very respectful of each other’s space and schedules and like to keep the house clean.

We also have a house cat called Midge so animal lovers required.

Bills come to around £120 a month incl council tax, water, Netflix electricity and gas, although this can fluctuate slightly.
