Friendly Flatshare in Clapham Common

We’re two 28-year-olds (Jack and Blair) living in a lovely flat in Clapham Common, right in the heart of Old Town, and we're looking for a new housemate to join us in early November. We both enjoy playing golf, heading out for a drink, and making the most of what Clapham has to offer. That said, we also like to keep things relaxed and make sure our home is a clean, comfortable space to unwind.

The flat itself is just a stone’s throw from the Common – perfect for morning runs, games in the park, or just a nice stroll. We’re ideally looking for someone who’s sociable but also respects a tidy living environment.

The room itself is the largest of the three with a huge storage cupboard (big enough to fit a double mattress lying down), walk in wardrobe, en-suite with shower and a personal balcony.
