You’ll be living with me, 28yo male working in finance. I work in the office 5 days a week so looking for someone with a similar routine. Looking for someone chilled to live with that is clean and considerate but also around for the odd pint/bbq etc with friends.

I’m renting the property but looking for someone to take over half of the tenancy. Length can be negotiated but I’ve got it for 2 years so a minimum 1y contract would be ideal.

The property is just off Abbeville Road, 5 min walk to the tube.
