Available from the beginning of October, with viewings over the weekend of 28th/29th September.

The room comes with two bulit-in wardrobes with a wash basin, with access to a recently refurbished bathroom with shower, shared with one other female housemate. The room has a carpet, shutters and recent Farrow & Ball paint. The room is on the second-floor landing, with good natural light & looks over the garden, & is very quiet. The room currently has a single bed, but a new double bed has been ordered and will arrive during the first two months.. The room has a bedside table, which may be removed if you wish. The room has space for further furniture like a chest of drawers/desk/chair. The room currently has paintings hung on the walls, which may be removed if you wish.

This family house is currently occupied by two professional women in their early thirties, who are looking for someone with a similar background. One housemate works regularly from home on Mondays & Fridays. Our plan at the moment is to keep the fourth & fifth bedrooms unoccupied, but this may change. The son of the landlord in his late twenties does not live in London, but occasionally visits on the weekend & will help manage the viewings.

Clapham Common & Clapham North tube are 10-15 mins walk away. The amenities of Abbeville Village area are a few moments away.

The new housemate will be responsible for one quarter of the bills, which includes Wifi, energy, water & council tax (band G).
