HUGE double room w/ balcony in Clapham Common

Hi! 😊 I’m looking for a girl to take my room from the end of October because I’m moving back to my home country.

The house is just 7 minutes away from Clapham Common station and benefits from a garden. You will be in the biggest room of the house which has its own balcony.

The house is shared with 3 others -

Mike is 26, Italian, he’s often between here and Italy where he spends all of his time skiing and works in civil service in London.

Rachel, 28 from New Zealand, works in HR Systems for a Health & Beauty Retailer; she appreciates a chill evening but also loves activities outside like going for a run or going to the pub.

Rob is 29 and Australian, he works at Barclays and loves exercising and beers on the weekends.

They’re the best flatmates you could ever wish for, really social and friendly. Looking for someone who’s willing to hang out with them but at the same have your own group of friends.
