1st floor, south facing bedrooms & living room ☀️ Heating & water are fixed expenses so potentially the toastiest flat in Clapham in winter - you can throw your oodie away. Spacious kitchen, mould-free bathroom (mould free flat, actually 😌). Tons of storage, fast internet.
Bills not included come out to about £150/month.

• Sainsbury's: 3 minute walk
• Pure Gym: 5 minute walk
