I'm also good friends with 3 other flats in the building, so hope you're up for flat crawls & come dine with me nights!

1st floor, south facing bedrooms & living room ☀️ Heating & water are fixed expenses so potentially the toastiest flat in Clapham in winter - you can throw your oodie away. Spacious kitchen, mould-free bathroom (mould free flat, actually 😌). Tons of storage, fast internet.
Bills not included come out to about £130/month.
