The room gets lots of light, is a great size, is quiet, has modern furniture, and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom will be shared between yourself and one other housemate. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are all modern, large and well decorated and maintained.
The girls remaining in the flat are 28 and 30, and are looking for someone else to join the flat between the ages of 25 and 35 that can match their lovely vibe!
They are looking for someone clean and respectful, someone that likes to have fun, is open to socialising but also likes their own space, and is interested in watching movies, going out, cooking and generally exploring London.
They are both working professionals in London, but Tess is from Canada and Tash is from Australia!
There is a dishwasher, parking, and a small shared garden by the car park (great for some private sunbathing).
The landlord, Rob, is the best I have experienced in my 8 years renting - he’ll make sure you’re well looked after.
The rent is £927 pcm and includes our council tax and TV licence. The deposit is £960.
