We are looking for a housemate to join our large social house in Clapham.
The bedroom is on the 1st floor, fully furnished with a built in wardrobe, double bed and a large window.
Other benefits of the house are a huge kitchen, separate living room, super fast WIFI, 3 bathrooms, 3 fridge freezers, 2 washing machines, 2 ovens, loads of storage around the house, fortnightly cleaner and a great garden.
The location is just off Abbeville Road with shops, bars restaurants and supermarket nearby. Clapham Common tube is a short walk as well as multiple bus routes.
The housemates:
We are a mix of Scottish, English and Australian, between the ages of 24-32, 3 guys and 2 girls (looking for a 3rd). We all work full time some in the office others from home, while we all have our own things going on we enjoy doing things together as a house and are looking forward to spending time together.
We would love to find another social housemate to join us!
We are only considering females at this point so to keep the balance in the house and move in date is 2 December.
Bills come to around £100 per month.
