I went to a viewing for a gorgeous 4 bed house today and am looking for 1 other to put down an offer ASAP.
A modern 4 bed terraced house located just across the street from Clapham Common, and a 10 min walk to Clapham South Tube, Clapham Junction and Northcote Road.
Room 1: £1175 + bills a huge gorgeous room lots of natural light.
The property is available starting October 25th (or earlier depending on what date we put in the offer) and it comes unfurnished (aside from the furniture in the pictures).
A little about us: we’re 3 young professionals (all female & 23-25). I’m Canadian and have just moved a few months ago, Zoe is Australian working in marketing, and Rianna works in Finance! We all work full-time, between WFH and office. We love going out to the pub, maybe a slow run, enjoying yummy food and spending time with friends.
We’re looking for friendly, bubbly individuals between 23-28 who’re sociable, easy-going and looking for a place to call home. We want to do cute housemate things together, so looking for someone who wants to be friends over just flatmates. Cleanliness and contributing to the house is also something important to us.
