A couple of minutes from Clapham Common tube, this flat is big, bright and airy with large rooms and high ceilings. Council Tax and Water are included in the rent.

The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so you’d just share with one other, and he’s a professional guy. Your room has an en-suite (with shower over the bath). It has a separate big living room and a separate big kitchen. It’s in the Old Town area of Clapham Common, in the end of a beautiful terrace. It's on two floors - 2nd and 3rd so is securely off the ground and it’s large - about 80sqm in total. The sitting room is double-aspect with two sash windows to let in plenty of sunshine. The front door downstairs leads to just two other flats and it’s in a quiet location. Any previous tenants have always said good things about it!

Other than Council Tax and Water, half the bills come to around £100pcm. Your flatmate wfh sometimes so he would be happy to negotiate bills if necessary. I live close enough to be an attentive landlord but not on the doorstep. Although away from noise, it’s very close to the Common and the High Street which everyone knows about. It’s very convenient for everything and just a couple of mins from the Common tube station and buses etc. Sainsbury’s Local is just on the corner and parking is easy with a local permit.
