Spacious & Cheap Double Room for Rent

Huge double room for rent in 3 bed flat in Clapham Common area.
I will be leaving in mid-January to move in with my boyfriend, otherwise this room would be a keeper! The room will be available mid-January, the date is somewhat flexible.
Current contract ends on the 4th of April so you'd be taking over my lease until then - after that, it's your choice if you want to renew for another year or if you want to move out.

Rent is £750 + bills, which normally come to about £130 per month per person. These include council tax, water, gas & electricity and WiFi.

Room comes furnished with everything except the desk, chair and the two floor lamps.

You'll be living with 2 other flatmates (1 girl 28y/o and 1 guy 26y/o), both working full-time in Tech & Consultancy. The girl is Italian (like me) and the guy is British, so it's a perfect household if you want to practice a new language and eat tons of good food!! They're super chill and very fun & friendly. We sometimes have friends round for dinner, all very chill and laid-back :)

The most important things for you to be a good fit are that you are responsible, tidy and clean. We have a weekly cleaning rota and you must be willing to take part in that - no one likes coming home to a dirty house D:
Other than that, we're really a very relaxed household, you're welcome to join our Italian dinner get-togethers, socialise and have fun with us! Just don't throw wild parties that will wake us all up at night - we all work 9-5 jobs :)
