Double Room Clapham Common

Large double room available in the heart of Clapham Common, five minutes from the tube and 3 minutes from the common.

Our flatmate is making the move north, so we’re looking for someone new to join the flat fam. You’ll be joining two professional Kiwis, both in their late 20s, who enjoy traveling, exploring London, being active/sports, wine and cheese, baking, attempting craft and also just chilling on the couch. We’re a social household who enjoy doing things together, while also happy doing our own thing too.

The room is available from early December, with short lets also considered. Bills are around £100 per month, and cover wifi, council tax, water, and power. We also have a private landlord, who is always on hand should we need them.

Room comes furnished with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers, and a desk and chair - there also is a built in wardrobe and under bed storage.

We have a lovely large kitchen and a decent lounge, as well as a little balcony. We’re on the fourth floor of a block, and we have a lift.

You’ll notice we have added a picture of Billie, she is our landlords dog who I look after every now and then. So will need to be okay with her grace visiting us from time to time - slip her a treat and you may just make a new bestie!
